Ok, I figured that out. • settings.harvesterhci.io/server-version change current version back to v1.3.2 • create manually version resource from https://releases.rancher.com/harvester/v1.4.0/version.yaml • now I got a button in UI to start upgrade process. I also found out what initially happened - our firewall was blocking access to the DNS server from 2nd node.
