fleet isn’t really supported standalone any longer as far as I know. I would recommend standing up a rancher instance and just testing with the fleet that’s built into that. Its super easy to get going with a couple k3s/k3d clusters.

Yes. But it's just very integrated into rancher. You could probably still get it working fine standalone I just don't think anyone ever uses it that way.
