Did they eventually show up? When I took my initial VM backups, it took a while (20-30min) for the UI to present them.

No. It's been 6 hours and still the same two are all that are listed. I can see in the S3 bucket that all of the config files exist. I can't see the logic for those two to be the only ones listed.

Bummer. Ive got no idea tbh. Are the ones that do appear using the same image as the rest? Are the ones showing using the same image?

I've switched from S3 storage to NFS storage, in the hope that NFS might synchronise better, and after backup up three stopped VMs to NFS from one cluster they are not visible from the other cluster.
There appears to be no easy way to "refresh" the view of the backing store from Harvester. Maybe that's a required feature enhancement?
I think Longhorn is showing the right information. The 'backup' tab in Longhorn on both the outgoing cluster and incoming cluster are showing the same information, it's just that the Harvester UI is not updating.
