What's the right way to become k3s "certified"? There doesn't seem to be defined paths of any kind, but my team is going to start really really using it and I want to get ahead of the curve. I'm looking at https://rancher.com/learn-the-basics but it doesn't seem to be k3s focused at all, with only zero to k3s in seconds being k3s centric.

I’m not sure if you can really be “certified” in K3s/RKE2/RKE. At the end of the day they’re just Kubernetes distributions, what you should really be certified in is Kubernetes itself.
Rancher itself is a unique enough product that you can get a cert for it.
