have you checked the pod logs to see why etcd isn’t running?

i just fixed it. Looking into the logs i stumbled upon this

dding member sbg-node-2-aa2de4e9=https://(public ip):2380 to etcd cluster [sbg-node-1-5a28ccba=https://(private ip):2380

So it seems the automatic ip detection may have changed at some point... anyways, rke2-uninstall + manual internal ip and external ip = we're back
