Hi @kind-kitchen-48732, Could you generate the Support Bundle so that we could get more accurate information for your issue. I don’t know what the configuration of your sata-ssd StorageClass is, but if you can make the 7TB NVME in the same conditions, assuming you use the disk tag. You can make the 3.5TB SSD unschedule on Longhorn UI and delete the replica again. The replica should be rebuilt in the 7TB NVME. (The 7TB should be in the list of the StorageClass description) NOTE: Before manually moving the data by rebuilt, please make sure your volume is healthy (means more than one replica) By the way, did you take any snapshots of this volume? If yes, delete some snapshot would also help to release space.

Hi @salmon-city-57654 Please find the Support Bundle attached. In the meantime, note that the 'Storage Minimal Available Percentage' was set to 5% but has been reverted back to 25%. The status of the volume is currently marked as "faulty," as shown in the attached picture. Regarding snapshots, since the volume is faulty, no information is displayed. However, after deleting the Graylog volume, the status of the OpenSearch volume changed from "faulty" to "degraded," and it began deleting old snapshots. Unfortunately, the deletion process was slow—progressing to less than 20%—and the disk remained occupied by the volume.
