the console is hosted in a pod on the cluster. It sounds like the cluster can’t pull the image needed to run the pod?

I understand the error states the cluster can't pull the image. It isn't happening on all of our clusters. Just a few. My question is has anyone ever encountered the issue, and resolved it?

the message would suggest its a networking problem? The node is unable to connect to Docker Hub, it’s getting a Connection Reset error. Firewall perhaps?
