thanks - that is showing up for one of my users this cluster was upgraded from previous rancher versions so I was thinking maybe that got assigned in previous rancher version and now its hidden, but it has stayed with the user

ui side we've only shown cluster owner and cluster member (and anything specifically cluster level and not hidden) for a while. interestingly it's described as kube cluster-admin. could be a mirror for a more native kube role template
