i just did a cert rotate, which seems to have worked, however my windows node is broken now, apparently theres' a bug with it, so now i try to add a new windows node, and i just keep getting:

ERROR: 000 received while downloading Rancher connection information. Sleeping for 5 seconds and trying again.
