https://docs.k3s.io/installation/private-registry Doesn't seem like there's anything related documented, but maybe someone in #CGGQEHPPW knows better. Architecturally I think this would be difficult, as either each node would have different credentials (generated per node) or there's got to be a mechanism to distribute those credentials across nodes.
