Yes, I tried the cleanup script on another cluster and it screwed up the whole prometheus installation since it removed some stuff used by prometheus stack. The warning says "This script will delete all Kubernetes resources belonging to/created by Rancher (including installed tools like logging/monitoring/opa gatekeeper/etc). Note: this does not remove any Longhorn resources" but one would assume it removes only stuff that Rancher adds, not other stuff. It was very frustrating because I had to fix everything manually

oh that is terrible In past when I wanted to "uninstall rancher" - I have always rebuilt - which is not always convenient
