Weird, it looks like a network issue mrte than, anything else. Airgapped or behind a proxy?

no. it is not airgap/proxy. i tred the same with rh8.10 and it worked. @powerful-librarian-10572

Seems like more than just docker? General network issues. There's also:

Error while dialing: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:2379: connect: connection refused\""

which iirc is trying to listen to etcd on the local host.
