what do you want to back up, specifically? The cluster datastore? CSI volumes? something else?

Thanks for the response @creamy-pencil-82913, I mainly want to backup persitent volumes.

I’d probably look at tools to do CSI volume snapshots for backup/restore then, instead of looking at rancher backup or etcd snapshots. Those two are only concerned with cluster resources, not data on volumes.
