A lot of this will depend on backing disks (nvme? PCIE bus speeds other hardware), network, and iops generated by the sql db. If you're retiring and it's mostly in reads and not writes I image it'll be fine. If you're just retiring the server and not the service you might want to look into migrating into a cluster instead. Percona maybe? You could do native k8s or cluster it with VMs if you still want to do harvester or have a more traditional deployment.
