Couple questions: • I've seen images of other users' ranch desktop GUI and they seem to have settings that I don't have. e.g. In Preferences -> Virtual Machine there will be an emulation tab with QEMU vs VZ, and I don't have that option. Is that just a mac M1 vs intel thing? • How do you set the registry mirrors option? I tried setting it in the docker config.json file but that didn't seem to work
