Prometheus is not a logging solution and does not support ingesting logs.

Loki+Promtail may fit your needs and Loki is a Prometehus-like solution but for logs.

For Loki Helm Installation: https://grafana.com/docs/loki/latest/setup/install/helm/ If it is just for testing purposes monolithic Loki should be sufficient, otherwise use the microservice Loki.
