Did change the url/address in the harvester cluster to point to the new rancher as well?

Yep I did. I grabbed the new string from the new Rancher and saved it in that section on Harvester settings

Maybe enable the rancher view on the harvester cluster so you can get kubectl access and check for events/logs?

the pending likely means cluster agent is not able to talk back from harvester to rancher
might be good to check cluster agent logs in harvester cluster.. most common cause is dns
