Rancher is a Kubernetes management software to deploy and run kubernetes clusters I am not sure what you are asking? if you are deploying an app that needs postgres database via rancher then that driver should be in the app

so, i want to use postgres database with rancher. For example, rancher somewhere stores its data of users, config, so for that can i use postgres.
