Can you please give more detail on what you are trying to do? I think the answer is no, but I might be misunderstanding

Specifically, I'm just wanting to install kube-vip with some override values. I know I can add the repo

helm repo add kube-vip <https://kube-vip.github.io/helm-charts>

and install through the UI (or some other helm instance) once the cluster was up, but I didn't know if there was a way to have Rancher do it through an extra manifest when the cluster is getting provisioned
