How do you disable Rancher trying to automatically upgrade clusters? This is the first cluster I added to our Rancher for management that has Windows workers/calico CNI and it automatically wanted to upgrade it. But now it is stuck in the Upgrading state as I don't allow the upgrade controller to actually run.
