Hello all, I have a Rancher issue I was hoping I can get some help with:

Rancher version v2.8.3

My cattle-cluster-agent pods are failing to start up in a cluster. When inspecting the logs I can see the below:

ERROR: https://<my rancher address>/ping is not accessible (The requested URL returned error: 503)

Rancher itself seems fine and I have a dozen or so other clusters that have no issue communicating with it. Any help is appreciated
