rancher question... v2.8.5 on rancher-local cluster - RKE2 was installed via RPM method I noticed rke2 v1.28.11 was available, so upgraded - from v1.28.10 to v1.28.11 now

kubectl get nodes

show v1.28.11 for all 3 nodes (3-nodes HA cluster - running rancher 2.8.5) - so far so good... but in Rancher UI - for downstream cluster, I do not have an option to upgrade to 1.28.11... Downstream cluster is v1.28.10 is this normal ? I am assuming rancher 2.8.5 was available before rke2 2.8.11 was released - is that the reason ?
