hello, i performed a snapshot restore on one of my clusters, and after the restore kicked off, the cluster is now stuck in the updating state with this error

Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "rancher.cattle.io.namespaces.create-non-kubesystem": failed to call webhook: Post "<https://rancher-webhook.cattle-system.svc:443/v1/webhook/validation/namespaces?timeout=10s>": dial tcp 10.43.141.141:443: i/o timeout

the canal pods on the worker nodes never fully come up from pending state, but if i restart kubelet on them it will eventually recover. the restore seems to finish but after some time it would perform the restore all over again, and i seem to be stuck in this loop can someone help?
