and I believe you just have to add the license code in Rancher UI

So if you have a problem you can’t figure out. They will be able to help you out.
Also with general architectural design etc.
To my knowledge, no functionality is locked behind a paywall

We must to deploy the rancher prime on separate instance first then migrate the data from the rancher community version to it? or can we just something like upgrade the current rancher with rancher prime image/inject the license into the current self-managed rancher ? how the proper procedure ?

If I remember correctly the email had instructions
