If you've got a separate data disk, the minimum enforced size is 50GiB (see https://github.com/harvester/harvester-installer/blob/8ed87a5023061308b575227125a351061e6d5161/pkg/config/config.go#L36). This is where Longhorn will store your VM images, volumes, etc. so realistically you probably want something a bit bigger than that minimum 🙂
