Not sure if this is a Rancher or docker issue, but after upgrading Desktop from 1.11 (??) to 1.13.1 (using internal upgrade mechanism on a mac) I am seeing docker-compose broken. Specifically

docker-compose down

no longer shuts down the compose stack - is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?

I think I identified the issue - its a change in docker-compose behavior -

docker-compose down

will no longer shut down everything
