When I looked at the memory and CPU consumption of Kubernetes components after installing RKE2, I observed that kube-apiservers consumed a lot, but there is no such consumption in RKE. If you have an idea, can you share it? Is this CPU and Memory consumption normal?

Yes You are right @hundreds-evening-84071 . Then it is normal I assume.

rke2 is a ressource hog overall.
