Thanks @rhythmic-article-81903, that’s correct. The RWX volume would be introduced in v1.4.

Can I install longhorn 1.6.2 on cluster provisioned by harvester to take advantage of the RWX ? Meaning I will have two storage classes "harvester" and longhorn" ?

1.3.1 will use Longhorn v1.6.2. However, it still needs various changes before you can use the RWX volume on the downstream cluster workload. So, the conclusion is that we still need v1.4.0 to support that.
