Exmanding a volume on longhorn requires it to be attached but with its pvcs unbound do i don't believe it will cork

@powerful-librarian-10572 so is that a no then, I cant make the PVC chnage on the fly based on its contents? If this is correct can i just set each PVC to 999TB even though the whole pool is only 3TB?
