Sorta bad form in general / better if they're just in your home router DNS or something. But CloudFlare does support it for sure. freedns.afraid.org probably also does

Ill have to check out cloudflares offering, i wanted to be able to tie it to external-dns so k3s can just handle its own dns ip registration without me having to stand up some kind of local dns server
Afraid.org always gave me headaches in the past since ive had to move multiple clients off of them heh

Have you considered just using sslip.io ?

so far cloudflare seems to be exactly what i was looking for, but still waiting for the last of the services to get migrated over, ty! sslip doesnt really solve my goal here of serving easily rememberable dns names for internal resolution as well as (some) external dns traffic.
a combination of using cloudflare and disabling dns rebind protection fixed things up for me just fine, thanks all!
