and after that I tried setting proxies directly in wsl terminal and the tried:

docker pull <http://abcd.com:5000/your-image-name>

but there was a error that:

/usr/local/bin/docker-credential-rancher-desktop: source: line 5: can't open '/etc/rancher/desktop/credfwd': No such file or directory
