it appears secret "tls-rancher" is missing resulting in this error

@rapid-ambulance-5993, any idea how this can be fixed? cert manager related resources are getting created and I have followed instructions here https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/getting-started/installation-and-upgrade/install-upgrade-on-a-kubernetes-cluster

not sure but may be try creating a resource with name tls-rancher with kind: CertificateSigningRequest before deploying helm
