Hi Dai, software raid on the OS disk is not supported at this moment. If the underlying stack elemental supports it, we may support it in the future. I'd recommend go hardware-RAID now.

If I have a RAID1 array setup using mdadm - am I able to add this disk to Harvester somehow (not for the OS disk but for virtual machines)? It seems to only detect the actual physical /dev/sdx devices and I am unable to manually enter a device path (like /dev/md0) in the UI.

yeah I think Harvester requires a disk with wwn, @salmon-city-57654 can you help confirm?
