Yes, i have the same set up. and the short answer is yes. also, i use WSL2. here are some notes that i have:

In Rancher Desktop, select "Preferences" -> "WSL" and select appropriate distro (likely Ubuntu) and then hit apply.  This will get past any errors related to docker not being detected.

Also, it's best to avoid running Docker Desktop and Rancher Desktop concurrently.
