What is the recommended upgrade process when upgrading a K3s cluster with an external datastore (RDS database) where Rancher is deployed? Should this just be done manually or should we be using the system-upgrade-controller mentioned here https://docs.k3s.io/upgrades/automated? The local K3s cluster is obviously in the Rancher UI, but I'm unclear if that means Rancher is actually managing that cluster.
