I would image this data is already available via prometheues.

I would have guessed VM Metrics, but not really event data from using vm templates across namespaces (including new namespaces) The rancher alertmanager/prometheus things are currently bound to be scoped to a single namespace and not cluster wide (though I think that's changing soon)
