Ah, seemed to be more of a Rancher issue. Deploying elemental via Helm into the cluster worked perfectly fine - it's more that the method of doing it from Rancher seemed broken. It didn't seem to be unpacking the chart correctly in the deployment job. All good now though, has been raised to support! ☺️
