yes, you can use the qemu-img or virt-v2v tool

Hi I uploaded the ova after converting in qcow2 in Harvester and it is stuck while booting . I am sharing the VM configuration screenshot as well. I didnt find any special instruction to run a qcow2 image in Harvester documentation. Please correct me if I am running the image wrong .
