It depends on your hardware. Some firmware lets you point to public images while booting, so all you'd need is a simple webserver. Other firmware lets you upload virtial ISOs to the firmware, and some makes you stream it over the redfish/ipmi/iDrac/iLo interface.
The simplest way is just to download the iso and boot it.
Next might be the web server, and then the PXE. You'd probably need to write some ansible scripts or something to sync them over or get clever with the local storage.

Thanks for your reply, my hardware is mostly HPE Proliant Servers, with iLo interfaces. I didn't know about booting with images on a web server, I'll dig into that.

iPXE server should be fine, but that's if you want to really fancy up your setup for a quick try you can just remotely attach the ISO from iLO
do you have a web/http server available on your ilo network ?
