After v1.3.0 (not released yet), we will use

nproc

to check CPU count. If you have installed other Linux version on the machine, you can use the command to check it. cpu check ref: https://github.com/harvester/harvester-installer/blob/885ac164a648768ce9db2b442290575717876c68/pkg/preflight/checks.go#L50 If you want to ignore checks and try harvester, you can also set

harvester.install.skipchecks=true

Give it a shot and report back! I have not tried Harvester on a platform of that vintage, much less DDR3 RAM 😱
