@sticky-jewelry-7454 Please check if you are able to access the control plane of the cluster by running kubectl command or any other way, it is mostly connection to kubernetes control plane and can be because of many reasons 1. your kube-api is down 2. n/w issue , etc

Thank you, Anand. Currently, I have Rancher UI deployed within an RKE2 cluster in a public cloud, and I'm experiencing difficulties while trying to create a new cluster using RKE2 custom.
