ciao all, here Alessandro from 🇮🇹 i’ve setup a demo environments of Rancher ad try to attache an already existing Azure AKS cluster (K8s v1.24.6). after the import i’m not able to edit the cluster because rancher report an error when i save the new config:
Linux node pool names must be 1-11 characters.
(look the img attached) but this limits on node pool name length is not valide cause Azure increase it to 12 as documented https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/use-multiple-node-pools#limitations
For Linux node pools the length must be between 1 and 12 characters
is it possible to bypass this soft limit on Rancher? this is blocker for the demo, because for example i can not add users to the cluster. some extra info regarding my deployment: Rancher: v2.7.0 (rancher-stable https://releases.rancher.com/server-charts/stable) Helm: v2.16.8-rancher2 Machine: v0.15.0-rancher95
