But at this moment, my Rancher show the following logs. How can I solve it?

In the registration you can see there are three options, etcd, controlplane and worker. You should have atleast 3 controlplane, 3 etcd (can be the same as controlplane) and 3 workers.

I can see this log, and in OpenStack dashboard, I can see the instance created
