Correct me if Im wrong, but `rancher-backup`does NOT backup itself (it's own configuration)? Ive been playing around with it lately; setup a S3 location, did both a manual (unencrypted) and recurring (encrypted) backup, and then tore down Rancher. As I went through the steps for restoring Rancher I restored an unencrypted backup first (less steps). Seems to have worked out OK, but as I went back into

I noticed that my recurring job was not restored and when I tried a manual backup, all of the S3 information was absent too. Did I forget a setting, or is this an oversight of rancher-backup?
