I installed a 3 nodes rke2 cluster. is it true that the first node is special? https://docs.rke2.io/install/ha/#3-launch-additional-server-nodes because in the /etc/rancher/rke2/config.yaml the is the server attribute missing. the first node has a higher load is this nomal?
