So we can do it fine in kubectl managed Cluster Roles we define in each cluster, but we were hoping to define a custom cluster role in Rancher, which we could use across several clusters. The resource dropdown in the Rancher UI create a cluster role is a drop down. It shows a

(custom)

option but there is no way to specify the resource
