This worked like a charm, the worker nodes (one Linux and one Windows came up). Also, I had applied these rules only to the Linux nodes. When I uploaded a windows container for test, the endpoint was not accessible, I then added an inbound rule for node ports (30000 - 32767) and I was able to browse the service.
