2) on the load balancing tab, find the L7 load balancer and ensure that 'Hostname' (e.g. botpress.mydomain.com) is mapped to a workload on port 31000

If you are using SSL, on that Load Balancer page, make sure you've also added the hostname and certificate binding in the SSL/TLS certs section
