I don't believe so. I can seem to find anything in kubevirt regarding this except for what seems to be an abandoned issue: https://github.com/kubevirt/kubevirt/issues/2601 Harvester is using upstream kubevirt so that is where the functionality would need to come from. But imo that would be a pretty cool feature.
