@fast-garage-66093
It was good with docker desktop installed.
d
@fast-garage-66093 - would you be able to advice ?
f
Not sure; which platform is this? If on Windows, please try the network tunnel Network (Windows) | Rancher Desktop Docs
d
this is on Mac M1 OS
s
apple M1 Max, macos 13.6.2
f
Sorry, I don't know. Can you create a simplified repro case that you can share, so we can see if this happens for us too?
s
I am unable to share as it is an enterprise application, nvm. Thanks for getting back to me.
f
I understand. That's why I suggested a simplified repro, but if you can only reproduce the issue by referencing proprietary software or images, then it becomes hard to investigate
d
@fast-garage-66093 - this is likely not connecting to the host resolvers
f
Yeah, you could try switching from QEMU to VZ (or vice versa) to see if that makes a difference
d
@steep-chef-63056 - can you verify that ?
s
it is on VZ, and checked VZ option, and virtiofs in Volumnes.
f
Yeah, so can you switch to QEMU and see if that works better? It uses different ways of resolving DNS.
Another thing to try would be upgrading to 1.11.1, which includes some improvements to the VZ implementation. But I have no idea if they would be relevant to the issue you are seeing here.
s
Ok got it, will try, thanks.
Thanks !! Fixed by installing the latest version 1.11.1.
